Salem & Woodburn Teen Court

Committed to promoting brighter futures for the youth of today

Teen Court serves youth ages 12-17 who have committed a first-time non-violent offense in the City of Salem or City of Woodburn. A jury of teens, with the guidance of a volunteer legal professional, determine an act of contrition for participants to complete and gives the offender the opportunity to have their record expunged.

Teen Court sees between 70-100 cases per year. We strive to accommodate and support all teens, including access to technology and basic needs. Teen Court is not only committed to clearing the record of the teen, but also to providing them the tools to succeed in society and achieve future success.

How to Get Involved

We’re excited for our kindergarteners to one day return as first graders and take part in this special experience.

We are sorry for the inconvenience.  We have adjusted our pricing for that week.  Kindergarten at this time is not eligible to attend the beach due to member to staff ratios.
