A diverse group of civic-minded youth advocates are employed by the Boys & Girls Club. From Clubhouses to Support Services, dedicated and fully-trained staff work in support of developing the young people of our community.
Each member of our highly respected team is encouraged to advance professionally in their respective arena of influence. Guidance is provided through orientations, development trainings, staff gatherings, and direct peer-to-peer mentoring/coaching. - Branch Director
Directs and manages overall daily operations of a chartered branch under the control of the organization with the primary concern for a comprehensive, outcome-driven program and service delivery, supervision and training of staff (direct and indirect reports), personnel issues, management of a facility, develop and manage a budget, actively engage and support a Parent Advisory Council (PAC), community relations, volunteers, and membership administration.
Branch Director I: typically manages 3 to 10 FTE (direct and indirect) and a budget of up to $200,000.
- Community Partnerships Manager
The Community Partnerships Manager serves as a front-line fundraiser and ambassador for the Boys & Girls Club, building meaningful relationships throughout the community to expand workforce development partnerships, corporate sponsorships, and mid-level donor support. This role is responsible for identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding business leaders, community partners, sponsors, and individual donors who share a commitment to empowering youth.
The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven professional who enjoys being out in the community, creating connections, and generating new revenue opportunities. They will work closely with employers, community organizations, and donors to strengthen support for Boys & Girls Club programs while advancing the organization’s workforce readiness and youth development initiatives.
- Philanthropic Coordinator
The Philanthropic Coordinator is an integral member of the Resource Development team, providing administrative, operational, and fundraising support to advance the organization’s philanthropic goals. This role directly supports the Vice President of Resource Development, executive leadership, and organizational fundraising initiatives through donor management, reporting, stewardship, grant support, and database administration.
The ideal candidate enjoys the intricacies of tracking and reporting data, managing donor relationships, and ensuring fundraising systems operate efficiently. They thrive in a collaborative environment, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, and possess strong organizational and communication skills. The Philanthropic Coordinator serves as a key liaison among staff, board members, donors, and stakeholders while actively contributing ideas, solutions, and process improvements that support organizational growth and sustainability.

- Bi-Lingual Certified Dental Assistant / Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA)
The Certifi ed Dental Assistant/Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) is responsible for providing high-quality clinical and administrative support to volunteer dentists and hygienists while ensuring exceptional patient care. This role assists with restorative procedures, endodontic treatment, oral surgery, preventive care, digital radiography, and patient education in accordance with state dental practice regulations.
In addition to clinical responsibilities, this position supports front office operations, promotes oral health education, assists with grant-related data collection, and contributes to the overall mission of serving youth and families in a compassionate, community-focused environment.
- Program Director I
The Program Director is responsible for overseeing the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of Designing for Impact (DFI) programming within a designated Club. Program responsibility supports BGCA priority outcome areas of Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, Good Character & Citizenship as well as the local organization’s goals related to DFI (expert volunteers, advancing technology, 21st century skills). The Program Director also serves as a secondary site manager, with primary concern for programs, volunteer engagement and staff development.
- Membership Services Specialist - Bilingual
The Membership Services area is the heart of the Club. This space creates a first impression for youth, parents, staff, volunteers, and community partners. The Membership Services Specialist is responsible for ensuring safety and professionalism at the Clubhouse entrance, including managing first impressions for all clients (youth/parents/community) and spearheading parent communications and engagement. Under the direction of the Senior Branch Director, the Mem-bership Services Specialist is also responsible for maintaining accurate membership records and attendance data for all Club programs.
- Teen Program Coordinator
The Teen Program Coordinator is responsible for planning, promoting, coordinating and implementing targeted teen programming at a Boys & Girls Club Branch. At times may serve as a secondary facility lead as a designated Boys & Girls Club location. This individual will work closely with school and community partners to develop a collaborative youth development program that meets the needs of youths in grades 6th-12th. Additionally, the Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing implementation of grant-funded programs targeting middle school and high school members.
- Youth Development Professional
Youth Development Professionals (YDPs) are responsible for overseeing the delivery of targeted youth development programming in one or more of the five program areas: Education & Career Development; Health & Life Skills; Character & Leadership; Sports, Fitness & Recreation; and Arts & Innovation (STEAM).
Youth Development Professionals are expected to implement targeted programming along with ensuring a safe environment for the youth. The Youth Development Professional will report to the Branch Director of the assigned location.
- Youth Sports Professional
The Youth Sports Professional position is responsible for refereeing youth sports contest working with 1st-6th grade youth. This individual will be working as a member of the Athletic Department and will strive for a positive experience for all participants while maintaining a safe environment.
